We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, account details, profile photo), information about properties you list (addresses, photos, prices, availability), payment information processed through our payment partners, and technical information like device type, IP address and browser data.

We use the data to power your account, surface relevant listings, enable secure messaging between users, process payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails, prevent fraud, and improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.
