RESIDENTIAL RENTAL AGREEMENT This Rental Agreement is made on Fri May 08 2026 at Bengaluru, between: 1. LANDLORD: Ramesh Sharma, residing at Indiranagar, Bengaluru (hereinafter "the Landlord"). 2. TENANT: Priya Menon, residing at Koramangala, Bengaluru (hereinafter "the Tenant"). ALTERATIONS: The Tenant shall not make any structural alterations to the premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 12. INSPECTION: The Landlord shall have the right to inspect the premises with 24 hours' prior notice to the Tenant. 13. STAMP DUTY & REGISTRATION: This agreement shall be executed on the appropriate stamp paper as per the prevailing rates of the State of execution.
